About Us
FWH Financial, Inc. was started by Frank Hoydic. Mr. Hoydic’s goal was to establish a company that could work one on one with individuals that needed help both in their tax preparation and financial planning. He also wanted to offer corporations the same one on one service.
FWH prides itself on its’ knowledge, service and communication with its’ clients.
Mr. Hoydic graduated with a degree in both business and accounting. He worked for the IRS for many years and later other financial companies. He has lectured for several trade groups on how best to address different tax concerns.
Mr. Hoydic was joined by Peter Lim and Kennellie Ferguson in 2013. Mr. Lim has since become a Senior Partner in the firm and Ms. Ferguson is the Tax Manager at FWH.
Peter Lim is a California licensed CPA with over 18 years of accounting and tax experience. He specialized in helping business entrepreneur and companies with tax planning, tax preparation, and accounting services. He also represents clients in tax audit and tax offer and compromise with the IRS. Other services includes, helping business with bookkeeping, payroll processing, sales & use tax and business property tax return services.
Education: California Polytechnic University at Pomona (B.S. in Accounting, 1995); Golden Gate University, at San Francisco (M.S. in Taxation, 2003)

Kennellie Ferguson is a Tax Manager with extensive experience in accounting and partnership, and individual income tax returns. Her deep understanding of tax law provides invaluable services to our clients. Kennellie specializes in the preparation and review of income tax returns as well as managing bookkeeping and payroll processing. Other services includes, preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns and business personal property tax returns services.
Education: Kennellie graduated Summa Cum Laude with Dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduated with Honors from National University in 2018 with a degree of Master of Accountancy.
